To avoid any delivery issues or delays, please ensure that you provide the recipient's full address, name and telephone and WhatsApp number, along with your daytime contact number or email. This will allow us to contact you or the recipient if there are any delivery issues, ensuring that the delivery can proceed smoothly.
While we strive to ensure that deliveries are made on the requested date or within the delivery window, you acknowledge that deliveries are handled by third-party courier services. On rare occasions, it may not be possible to meet the requested delivery terms. In such cases, you will be notified in advance wherever possible, and we will either arrange an alternative delivery or provide a full refund in line with our policy. If we are unable to fulfill your order (either fully or partially), we will notify you as soon as possible and process a full refund within 7 days after the intended delivery date.
Please note that certain deliveries cannot be made directly to rooms in hospitals or hotels and will instead be left at the reception desk of these locations.

Be aware that deliveries are made to the address provided in good faith, and we cannot take responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address and refuses or fails to accept the goods.
In cases where the carrier is unable to find someone to accept the delivery or cannot leave the delivery in a secure location, the goods will be returned to the depot and delivery will be attempted at a later time.

Timed delivery services may be suspended without notice during busy periods, and delivery cut-off times may also change without prior warning.
We shall not be held responsible for any failure to meet our obligations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters (fires, floods, earthquakes, etc.), acts of war, terrorism, government sanctions, strikes, or interruptions in essential services like electricity or telephone communications.
